​STEP 2. Email info@whitehousepilates.com with 8 digit # located next to the barcode. 

 

  • We will work as fast as possible to fill your account with your purchased sessions- but please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your voucher. Plan your first visit accordingly.
  • STEP 3. We will notify you by email as soon as the credits have been placed in your account.

KEEP IN MIND: We have 3 locations. Please pay close attention to the class location when booking your classes. As classes fill up we will try our best to add more class options to the schedule to accomodate everyone. Mat classes are only offered in the Manhattan Beach location. Reformer classes are offered at all 3 locations.

IMPORTANT INFO TO KNOW:

  1. Reservations must be made prior to coming to class.
  2. Reformer classes must have a minimum of 2 attendees or the class will be canceled. Mat classes must have a minimum of 5 attendees or the class will be canceled. We will notify you via email (or text) ahead of time.
  3. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class within 24 hours or do not show up- your session is forfeited- SORRY, WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS ON PROMOTIONAL DEALS!
  4. Please only activate your voucher if you are ready to schedule a class right away.
  5. If a class is full online, you can still sign up and you will be put on the wait list. You will receive an email to notify you when a space has opened up in class.
  6. One promo per person. Use of any other sales or offers and promotions (free class, coupons, etc.) is prohibited and cannot be combined. GROUPON & LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHERS ARE INTRODUCTORY OFFERS AND ONLY VALID FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY. (this will be strictly enforced)

If you are brand new to the Pilates method, we STRONGLY suggest you begin with an Intro Level Class. Our Reformer classes usually require an Introductory Private Session to learn the set up of the Reformer.

-this is for your safety. An Introductory Private session can be set up as a Private Appointment for a discounted rate of $50.
